We’ll start at the top of Montjuïc Hill, where its fortress still stands — a place that witnessed some of the hardest and most defining moments in the city’s history. (Interior visit available with tour upgrade.)
We’ll then walk down through Montjuïc’s green slopes, once home to Barcelona’s ancient Jewish cemetery. Along the way, we’ll enjoy panoramic views and peaceful gardens such as Laribal and Joan Brossa — true urban oases.
We’ll talk about the origins of the city and its culture, stop by the Sardana sculptures — a tribute to Catalonia’s traditional dance — and pay homage to Carmen Amaya, the great flamenco dancer whose statue we’ll encounter during our route.
We’ll also revisit the excitement of the 1992 Olympic Games, which transformed the city’s skyline.
Admire the iconic diving viewpoint and the Olympic Stadium before finishing at the MNAC terrace, where an impressive panoramic view of Barcelona awaits.
(During summer, the tour can optionally end at the Magic Fountain to enjoy its light and music show.)
